Desktop Support Specialist

StellarMettle is seeking a Technical Support Specialist that will be responsible for troubleshooting Tier 1 issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with Active Directory and O365.
  • Background in Desktop Support. Hands on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide IT support, assistance, and troubleshooting, through remote desktop platforms.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user equipment, including PCs and related hardware and software, scanners, and other equipment to meet end user service level expectations.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding in scope problems.
  • Ensure proper steps are taken for tracking of PCs and associated assets.
  • Accurately document incidents and associated resolution in supplied ticketing system.
  • Support wireless network component configuration and implementation.
  • Provide network monitoring, management, and technical support services.
